GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR SERVICE PROGRAM

Lawrence Merchandising Services will customize a service program for you to meet your needs!  Please take a moment to read about how to begin a program with Lawrence Merchandising Services.  While we don’t need to know the exact parameters of your service, it is helpful for us to understand your product and service goals as we get started on developing your program.

           

SERVICE OBJECTIVE

Think about what you really want to get out of the service call.  You may have one very high profile objective or you may have a few different purposes to our visit.  Whatever your needs, we will work with you to create your service initiative.

           

MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES

It is important for us to provide our Service Representatives a directive with the specific steps to perform your merchandising function.  Please let us know what department or who is the contact person in the store that we should be working with.  We will create the project instructions, but if you have some specific steps that you would like incorporated into the instructions, please let us know.

 

MERCHANDISING TECHNIQUE

We understand that each client is unique and will have specific nuances in relationship to the product.  If you have a preference or idea for how to best perform a merchandising function, please share this with us. 

           

SERVICE FREQUENCY & TIMING

We will work with you to determine the frequency and duration of the service calls.  We can accommodate your desired service frequency determined by location and volume.  In most cases, we can change the frequency and alert the Service Representatives of the change within two weeks.  As your service needs change, we work with you to find the best solution.       

           

SERVICE FEEDBACK

We can customize your service feedback from very simple to explicit details of the service call.  We can provide recap information from the very basic of visit confirmation or more detailed information with store level details and reorder/inventory counts.
